Specifically, the study found that 84% of global companies believe digital transformation is crucial for their survival over the next five years. However, only 3% have completed transformation initiatives that encompass the entire organization.<br \/>Below is an analysis of the four components that define a <a href=\"https:\/\/news.sap.com\/italy\/2016\/09\/limportanza-di-essere-digital-leader\/\">digital leader<\/a>, as outlined in the aforementioned study.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Business digitalization: digital transformation as a transformation of the business model. <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>One of the aspects that makes a company a true<strong> digital leader<\/strong> is its ability to interpret <em>digital transformation<\/em> as a transformation of the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.techcompany360.it\/tech-company\/i-nuovi-modelli-di-business-della-digital-transformation\/\"> business model<\/a>, rather than a standalone technological project.
